How Your Report Is Handled

2) Triage

Compliance reviews scope, severity, and urgency; may request clarifications if contact is possible.

3) Investigation

Fact-finding with confidentiality safeguards; access limited to authorized personnel only.

4) Outcome & Remediation

Findings documented; corrective actions and controls are implemented where appropriate.

Make Your Report Stronger

Be Specific

  • Describe what happened, who was involved, and any witnesses.
  • Include dates, times, locations, and the business unit/division.

Provide Evidence

  • Upload documents, emails, screenshots, or photos when available.
  • Explain how the evidence was obtained if relevant.

Protect Confidential Data

  • Redact personal data not needed to assess the concern.
  • Do not break laws or policies to obtain information.

Non-Retaliation Commitment

We strictly prohibit retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. If you believe you’ve faced retaliation, report it immediately through this portal.
